"Dr. Heather, my doggies vet tech (she is the Dog Whisperer!) and all of the staff at Columbus Countryside Vet are absolutely wonderful. From the moment I took my furry baby Sutton into the exam room, both he and I were made to feel at ease. Sutton is a rescue, only rescues for me, and can be a bit apprehensive. Our Dog Whisperer was amazing!! He was so comfortable with her, it was a joy to see. Dr. Heather is fantastic. With my Sutton's apprehension of being touched in certain areas, both Dr. Heather and our vet tech put Sutton at ease and it was just wonderful to see him so calm. Dr. Heather never made us feel rushed, she and our vet tech took all of the time needed to explain, assist and recommend at home methods to help Sutton become more comfortable and less apprehensive. I am a dog lover and have worked with Sutton since his rescue to make sure he knows he is in his forever home. The one thing, clipping his nails, that I have struggled with, both he and I are working on successfully thanks to Dr. Heather and Suttons Vet Tech.
